Train And Nourish (T&N) Studio is a boutique strength training and nutrition coaching facility designed for women.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG IS A CLASS?

A single class is one hour long. Please show up 10 minutes prior to class if it is your first time to sign our waiver form and learn the ins and outs.

DO YOUR TRAINERS WORK WITH PRE/POST NATAL WOMEN?

Yes! We welcome you to a class or training session at any stage of your pregnancy. We also can modify any exercise for post pregnancy and ease you back into a routine when working one on one with a trainer. We always recommend speaking to your doctor before or after pregnancy to get cleared to exercise.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PREVIOUS INJURY?

We can modify any exercise or workout to accommodate any previous injuries. We recommend getting cleared by a doctor or physical therapist before starting an exercise routine.

ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! All of our classes can be modified for any level!

HOW MUCH DO PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS COST?

Personal Training rates range from $55-$105 per session depending on the duration of the session – 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute. Further discounts apply if you wish to buy packages or a membership.

DO YOU DO 2:1 TRAINING?

At Train and Nourish Studio we offer custom training sessions for you and your training partner. Please email us at contact@trainandnourish.com for a package rate that suits you.

CAN YOU TRIAL A CLASS?

We offer an introductory package of 3 group classes for all new clients. Go to our group classes page to find out more and to buy this discounted offer.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST ME?

For personal training, a plan will be decided upon by you and your trainer, so this answer will vary. Base pricing starts at $55 per private session, or $200-$500 per month depending on your program. If cost is an issue, please discuss this with your trainer.
