The T&N online program is a training program that runs in 7 week phases, but continues indefinitely for as long as you would like to train with us. It is a combination of strength and circuit style training with weights. It can be done at home or at the gym.

What is included in the program?
A 7 week custom fitness plan that includes strength training, core/ab work, cardio and high intensity interval training.
Who is this plan suitable for?
My programs are for anyone! Suitable for both beginners and intermediate. It does not matter how much experience you have since every plan is unique.
Do I need a gym membership?
You do not need a gym membership for the at home program. The only equipment we recommend for the home program is a set of dumbbells.
How many days per week is the plan?
The plan is custom to your schedule. I recommend at least 4 times per week.
Is there a nutrition component to your online program?
All meal plans and macro consultations are sold separately. You can purchase an 8 week meal plan that is custom to you to do in conjunction with your fitness plan or get a 1 time macronutrient consultation from me.
How long does each workout last?
I recommend setting aside 45-55 minutes per workout.
Do you offer support if I am traveling at all during the program?
Yes! I can build a plan custom for any environment you are in. If you are at a hotel gym, hotel room or just at a friend’s house with no equipment I can edit your program on the fly to accommodate!
What is included in the nutrition plan?
Nutrition plans include daily macronutrient goals and have specific meals lined up for you for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks 7 days per week with grocery lists and recipes attached.
Do you offer one on one personal training?
Yes! I train out of a gym on 2300 Walnut St. in Philadelphia, no gym membership needed.
How long does it take to typically start seeing results?
Progress takes time, patience and consistency. It certainly varies with every person. Every body is different. If you follow the program, stay consistent with your workouts and dial in on your nutrition you should experience a change in just the first week! You will gain more energy and overall feel healthier.
